面对我国加入WTO在即 ,提出了“实施四大技术改造 (‘钻孔法’新型钎钢 ,‘一步法’等优质凿岩硬质合金 ,复合片齿系列钎具 ,DZ系列全液压凿岩设备 ) ,建设凿岩机具强国”

With the incoming entry of China into WTO, the proposal of 'Implementing the four major technical transformations, e.g. new drill steel material, one step method quality tungsten carbide, PDC drill steels and DZ series of all hydraulic rock drilling equipment, to build China into a country powerful in rock drilling equipment' is initiated.
