摘要
本文主要阐述以七一水电站为骨干的小水电站群统一调度,对径流与灌溉资料系列进行了细致、严格推求,用马尔柯夫决策规划理论建立数学模型。研究突出了七一水库以灌溉为主特点,采用了平移频率曲线法及两个罚函数处理可靠性约束等新技术。
The article elucidates the cenifide dispatching of hydropower station group, in which qiyi station is a mainstay, inquires into the data series of runoff and irrigation carefully and seriously, and sels up mathewatical model by means of Markovian decision theory. What is more, this paper makes a study on the characteristic of Qiyi reservoir teking, irrigation as the dominantfactor and intorduces such new techniques as parallel translation frequency carre method and treating reliability restrain with two genalty function.
