对新形势下高校教师队伍建设的思考

Thinking over the Construction of Teaching Personnel in Colleges in New Situation

目前,全国正在积极全面推进素质教育,高校教师是素质教育的实施者,而队伍现状又不容乐观,加强教师队伍建设已刻不容缓。本文从加强师德建设、转变教育观念、改善知识结构、培养创新能力、完善继续教育几方面阐述了如何加强教师队伍建设。

At present, the basic quality education is being widely advanced in the whole country actively. It is college teachers that carry out the basic quality education. The present situation of teaching personnel construction is not optimistic, so it is very urgent to reinforce the teaching personnel construction. This paper elaborates how to reinforce teaching personnel construction from different aspects, such as consolidating teacher' s moral character, changing education conception, improving teacher's intellectual structure , training teacher's innovative ability and consummating continual education.
