为了提高阿司匹林肠溶片中游离水杨酸的检测灵敏度。以 0 .0 1m ol· L-1H Cl溶液为溶剂 ,以紫外分光光度法为检测方法。 Fe3 + 与水杨酸反应的产物在 5 30 nm处有最大吸收。最小的检测浓度为 1μg· ml-1。本方法灵敏度高 。

To raise the selectivity of Salivylic acid of aspirin enteric coated tablets,0.01 mol·L -1 HCl solution was used for solvent.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used.The product was made from Fe 3+ and salicylic acid has maximum absorbance at 530 nm.The minimum concentration is 1 μg·ml -1 .The method has good selectivity and respectivity.
