摘要
采用微波固相合成法 ,以化学试剂和溶胶 -凝胶法制备的干凝胶为前驱体 ,合成了磷酸盐单矿CaO·P2 O5(CP)、2CaO·P2 O5(C2 P)、4CaO·P2 O5(C4 P)、Ca2 (PO4 ) 3 OH(HAp) ,与电炉煅烧试样进行对比 ,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外 (IR)、扫描电镜 (SEM)等分析手段 ,研究了各单矿的合成和结构的差异。研究表明 :磷酸盐单矿在微波辐射下的合成温度较电炉低 ,合成速度快 ,且各单矿的化学活性有相应提高。
Microwave solid-phase synthesis of phosphate minerials,such as CaO·P 2O 5(CP)?2CaO·P 2O 5(C 2P),4CaO·P 2O 5(C 4P),Ca 2(PO 4) 3OH(HAp),are conducted in this study.Comparing microwave oven to electric furnace sintering is made during minerals synthesizing.The differences of synthesis and the structure of the minerals are discussed by means of XRD,IR and SEM.The results indicate that the sintering temperature of phosphate minerals synthesized by microwave radiation is much lower than that by an electric oven,and the chemical activity of the microwave synthesized minerals are obviously improved.
