摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定维生素D2 微粒胶囊中VD2 的含量。用AlltechC18柱 ( 1 5 0mm× 4 6mmID ,3μm) ,流速为 1 0mL·min- 1,流动相为V(甲醇 )∶V(水 ) =90∶1 0 ,以苯并 [e]芘为内标 ,UV2 6 5nm检测 ,本法简便、准确、重现性好[1] [2 ] 。
A new method for determining Vitamin D 2 in microdot capsule by RP-HPLC was proposed.The Vitamin D 2 was separated on Alltech C 18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm ID,3 μm)by using methanol-water(90∶10 V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at UV 265 nm,benzopyrene was used as internal standard.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
