摘要
结合医学图像三维可视化的两种方法 :表面绘制方法和体绘制方法 ,采用了一种混合绘制方法 ,在微机上实现了医学断层图像序列的三维重构 ,既克服了表明绘制不能体现内部数据的缺点 ,又从一定程度上解决了人体绘制的速度问题 .在此基础上 ,研究了对任意剖面数据进行检索的算法 ,通过对层间数据的插值 ,可以从任意角度和位置来观察剖面的形状、大小、颜色分布等各种病理特征 ,对临床诊断有重要意义 .
This paper discusses the 3D visualization techniques of medical volume data. Combined the two traditional algorithms, surface rendering and volume rendering, hybrid rendering is employed to the reconstruction from 2 D MRI sequences to 3 D object and slice data indexing technology of MRI sequence reconstruction is present in detail. This kind of method solves the problem that inner data is invisible by surface rendering. Computation speed is faster than volume rendering. From the interactive linear interpolation of interlayer data, the pathological characteristics such as shape, size and color distribution are observed in arbitrarily oriented places or curved sectionings, which are very helpful for clinical diagnosis.
