摘要
圆柱形疏圈螺旋弹簧 ,特别容易变形 ,不符合小变形假设 ,但长期以来 ,不论是在《材料力学》中 ,还是在《机械零件》中所涉及到这方面的内容都是按小应变进行计算的。随着科学技术的发展 ,机械设计精度要求越来越高 ,按小应变计算将不能满足精度要求。为此文章撇开小变形假设 ,考虑到它的大应变就其压缩时的变形及其两端铰支时的稳定性进行了计算。这对于各种机械设备和结构的设计、机器的自动调节、机器和结构振动的研究。
When they are compressed,the circular loose coil springs,which deform easily,are out of accord whith the small deformation hypothesis.But so far they have been calculated according to the small strain either in the strength of materials or in machine parts.With the development of science and technology,the designs of machinery require higher precision.Thus the calculation on the basis of small strain will not meet the precision demands.Therefore,the paper puts aside the small deformation hypothesis,and the spring deformation is calculated according to its large strain when it is compressed,and moreover the buckling load of spring with simply supported ends is calculated.The results will be useful in design of machines,devices and structures,automatic regulation of machines,study of vibrations of mechanical systems as well as space technology.
