From tne aspects of defining the theory basis and reality basis in the higher vocation education's training target, this thesis, totally summarizes it and analyses the individual features and whole features of the higher vocation education's training target. As a result, this thesis thinks that understanding and expressing the features of the higher vocation education's training traget is the important link to grasp the higher vocation education's training target and train the higher vocation education's talent.
