摘要
水、土壤、粮食以及蔬菜中残留的甲苯和硝基甲苯,以二硫化碳萃取富集后,用带有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪测定。甲苯和硝基甲苯的回收率在80%以上,最低检出量甲苯为9×10^(-10)g,硝基甲苯为2×10^(-13)g。最小检出浓度甲苯为0.2ppm,硝基甲苯为5ppb。
Residue analysis method of Methylbenzene and Methylnitrobenzene in water, soil, food and vegetable was set forward. The sample were extracted with CS_2 solvent, following detected by capillary gas chromatography equipped with FID. The recovers of Methylbenzene and Methylnitrobenzene were greater than 80%. The detection limit was 9×10^(-10) gfor Methylbenzene, and 2×1O^(-13)g for Methylnitrobenzene. The limit of determination in water, soil, food, and vegetable was 0.2 ppm for Methylbenzene, and 5ppb for Methylnitrobenzene
