蹄氟对环境氟污染的监测与地方性氟病的早期诊断价值 被引量:1

Values of Hoof Fluoride to Monitoring of Environmental Fluoride Pollution and Early Diagnosis of Edemic Fluorosis

摘要 本文对工业氟重污染区放牧的25只山羊、人工投氟的6头毛驴、地方性高氟区的38头黄牛及12匹马的蹄、骨氟进行了相关与回归分析。相关系数分别为0.7568(羊)、0.9910(实验驴)、0.6615(牛)及0.7928(马)。以上结果指出,测定蹄氟是及时监测环境氟污染与早期诊断地方性氟病的一种比较理想的方法。 This paper determined fluoride levels of hoof and bone of 38 cattle and 12 horses in area of endemic high fluoride, 25 goats in area polluted by industrial fluoride and 6 experimental donkeys, and made correlative and regressive analyses between those of hoof and bone. Correlation coefficients (R) are separately 0.6516 (cattle), 0.7928 (horses), 0.7568 (goats) and 0.9910 (donkeys). Regressive equations are Y_(boneF)=1864+1.384X_(hoofF) (cattle), Y_(boneF)=-45.57+3.176X_(hoofF)(horses), Y_(boneF)=2313.43+8.299X_(hoofF) (goats) and Y_(boneF)=-l066.96+4.136X_(hoof F) (donkeys), respectively. The above results show that determination of hoof fluoride is a practicable method of monitoring of environmental fluoride pollution in time and of early diagnosis of endemic fluorosis.
