摘要
研究了硫酸钡重量法快速测定含钡铁合金中钡的条件。结果表明 ,在 0 12mol/LHCl介质中 ,选择EDTA作掩蔽剂 ,绝大多数离子不干扰测定 ,Ba2 + 在 2~ 5 0mg范围内的回收率为 98 97%~ 10 1.1% ;当Ca2 + ,Pb2 + 含量高时 ,将沉淀酸度调至 pH5 ,至少 2 5mgCa2 + ,5mgPb2 + 不影响测定。所拟方法用于硅钡合金及硅钙钡、硅铝钡铁合金样品分析 ,分析时间仅为4~ 6h ,RSD(n =5 ) =0 60 %~ 3 83% ,结果满意。
The conditions for the rapid determination of barium in barium ferroalloy with barium sulfate gravimetry were studied The results show that most of common ions did not interfere the determination of barium*'in the medium of 0 12mol/L HCl with EDTA as a masking reagent,and the recoveries were 98 97%-101.1% within the range of 2-50mg for Ba 2+ ,and at least 25mg Ca 2+ and 5mg Pb 2+ did not effect the determination by adjusting the acidity to pH5 when the contents of Ca 2+ and Pb 2+ were high The developed method could be used to analyze barium in barium silicon,barium calcium silicon and barium aluminum silicon samples within 4-6h,The RSD(n=5)is 0 60%-3 83%,and the analytical results were satisfied
