摘要
研究了催化剂厂废分子筛经硫酸活化处理后生产脱色剂的工艺及其用于润滑油和工业植物油脱色的效果。结果表明 ,未经活化的废分子筛对润滑油的脱色率比活性白土高 30 .38% ,但对工业植物油脱色效果较差 ;经硫酸活化的废分子筛对润滑油和工业植物油的脱色率比活性白土分别高 40 .2 5 %和 4.45 %。
This paper deals with the process for producing decolorant by activating waste molecular sieve with sulphuric acid and its decolorizing effects obtained in decolorizing lubricant and industrial vegetable oil.The results show that unactivated waste molecular sieve's decolorizing ratio is 30.38% highter than activated bentonite in lubricant decolorization, and it has poor effect on decolorization of industrial vegetable oil.In decolorization of lubricant and industrial vegetable oil,the decolorizing ratio obtained by activated waste molecular sieve is 40.25% and 4.45% highter than by activated bentonite, respectively
