摘要
本试验采用HF熏气(32ug/m^3)和NaF处理的方法,研究了熏气后蛋白质、核糖核酸含量的变化,以及离体条件下,NaF对相应的一些酶活性的影响。结果表明:熏气后桑叶的RNA、蛋白质含量下降,在离体条件下,NaF对RNase有明显刺激作用;低浓度NaF对蛋白酶活性也有刺激作用,而对核糖—5—磷酸异构酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶则有抑制作用。
By both the fumigation (for 8 hours a day with 32 pg/m^3HF) and in vitro, We studied the changes of contents of protein and ribonuclein acid and the changes of activities of several enzymes.The experiment results showed: By fumigating, the contents of RNA and protein decreased; in vitro,the ribonelease was highly activated by NaF, the proteinase was also activated in the case of lower NaF concentration.
