摘要
锌电积中常用的阳极为铅银合金阳极。该阳极虽能基本满足生产需求 ,但存在阴极产品被铅污染、析氧超电位高的问题 ,为此 ,人们研究了铅基多元合金阳极和钛基DSA阳极。本文综述了锌电积用阳极的发展状况 ,重点阐述了铅基阳极、钛基DSA阳极的组成和性质 ,介绍了阳极表面预处理方法 ,并对二氧化铅膜的形成过程进行了探讨。
Silver/lead alloys have been widely used as anodes in zinc electrowinning industry.The anodes can meet the needs of zinc electrowinning,but oxygen overpotential of the anodes is still high,and lead pollutes cathode products.On this problem,lead based anodes and titanium based anodes have been developed.Development and advancement of anodes for zinc electrowinning are summarized. Composites and performance of lead based anodes and titanium based anodes are described.Pretreatment processes of anodes surface and formation of PbO 2 films are discussed.
