摘要
利用数学模型研究了中间包内钢水中夹杂物运动的规律 ,采用自编的计算机软件 ,对马钢板坯和异型坯中间包夹杂物的运动进行了仿真计算。结果表明 ,中间包内夹杂物直径 >10 0 μm时 ,都能在中间包内上浮 ,而 <5 μm的小颗粒夹杂则很难在中间包内上浮 ,90 %以上都随着钢水流出中间包。加入挡墙后 ,直径 >5 0 μm的夹杂物都能在中间包内上浮排出 ,大大提高了钢水的清洁度。本文提供了一种研究中间包夹杂物运动的方法 ,并认可采用挡墙控制钢水流动 ,可有效地排除钢水中的夹杂物。
The movement of inclusions in molten steel in tundish is studied by mathematical model, and simulative computation is performed on the movement of inclusions in two types of tundishes for slab and profiled blank by the use of computer software. The results show that inclusions diameter larger than 100?μm can float up to the surface of tundish, and the inclusions with diameter smaller than 5?μm can not easily float up to the surface 90?% of which can flow out of tundish along with molten steel. After adding weirs and dams, all inclusions with diameter larger than 50?μm can float up to the surface by which steel cleanliness can be improved. The method for study on movement of inclusions in tundish is provided in this paper, and the control on steel flow by using dams is proved to exclude effectively inclusions in molten steel.
