摘要
从锌铁相图方面论述了液态锌浇铸作业过程中 ,产品锌锭底面黑印的形成原因 ,并结合锌铁间腐蚀动力学 ,系统分析了各方面的影响因素 ,提出了解决方法 。
This paper discusses causes about formation of black print at the underside of zinc slab during casting of the liquid zinc viewing from the zinc iron phase diagram, gives a systematic analysis on affecting factors in all respects according to corrosion dynamics between zinc and iron, proposes countermeasures and describes the results of improvement.
