This paper discusses the reaction mechanism of the bacterial preoxidation and describes the pilot plant test on the bacterial pre oxidation for gold concentrate flotation in Guigang Gold Mine, Guangxi, with stress placed on determination of the technological process for the bacterial preoxidation carbon in pulp gold extractive plant that treats 10 t/d of gold concentrate in Sino Mining Shanxi Ltd.
