摘要
[目的 ]研究蒲公英水提物对四氯化碳损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用 .[方法 ]采用四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝细胞损伤模型 ,观察蒲公英对肝细胞的形态结构和琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活性及糖原变化的影响 .[结果 ]蒲公英能减轻模型大鼠肝细胞病理变化 ,增加琥珀酸脱氢酶活性和糖原含量 ,降低酸性磷酸酶活性 .[结论 ]蒲公英对四氯化碳造成的原代培养大鼠肝细胞损伤具有保护作用 .
OBJECTIVE? To study the protective effects of extract of herba taraxaci for carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4) induced the primary cultured hepatocytes of rats. ?METHODS? The model of hepatocytes lesion was induced by CCl 4 in rats in vitro, and it was observed that the effects of the herba taraxaci for the changes of structure of ras hepatocytes, SDH, ACP activities and glycogen.?RESULTS? The herba taraxaci could alleviate the histopathological changes, increase SDH activities and glycogen contents and decrease ACP activities in rat hepatocytes lesion in vitro.?CONCLUSION? The herba taraxaci has protective effects for the CCl 4 induced lesion of primary cultured hepatocytes of rats.
