[背景 ]探讨卵巢妊娠的临床特征 .[病例报告 ]对 15例经手术及病理检查确诊的卵巢妊娠病例资料进行了回顾性分析 .卵巢妊娠的临床特征为腹痛明显 ,无明显停经史 ,妇科检查时常在一侧附件扪及边界较清的包块 .[讨论 ]卵巢妊娠的临床表现与输卵管妊娠、黄体破裂相似 ,治疗以手术为主 .

BACKGROUND?To study the clinical characteristics of overiocyesis. ?CASE REPORT?The retrospective analysis was performed in 15 cases of operated overiocyesis diagnosed by pathology. The clinic characteristics of overiocyesis are obvious abdominaliga and no patent intermenstrual history and palpate a mass of relatively clear borderline in one side of adnexa as gynecological examination.?DISCUSSION? The clinical manifestation of overiocyesis resemble with tubal pregnancy and rupture of corpus luteum and the treatment is operation.
