Analysis of cause of death in pregnant and parturient for 5 years

[目的 ]探讨近 5年间孕产妇死亡原因 ,并对孕产妇死亡的有关问题进行讨论 .[方法 ]采用回顾性分析方法对近 5年间死亡的孕产妇病例资料进行了临床分析 .[结果 ]5年间我院分娩活产数为5 10 3例 ,孕产妇死亡 3例 ,孕产妇死亡率为 5 8 7/10万 ,死因构成为羊水栓塞 2例、妊娠合并重症肝炎 1例 .[结论 ]我院孕产妇死亡的主要原因为羊水栓塞和内科合并症 .因此 ,为降低孕产妇死亡率 ,今后应把工作重点放在羊水栓塞和内科合并症的防治方面 ,并要进一步提高对急重症病人抢救的技术水平 .

OBJECTIVE?To study the cause of death in pregnant and parturient about 5 years and to discuss the relative issues on death of pregnant and parturient. ?METHODS?Using the retrospective analysis, the clinical analysis was performed in cases data of pregnant and parturient died in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University College of Medicine about 5 years.?RESULTS? Out of 5?103 cases of labors, 3 cases of pregnant and parturient were died and the mortality was 58.5/1×10 5. Constitution of causes of death was 2 cases of amniotic embolism and 1 case of pregnant with severe hepatitis. ?CONCLUSION?The main causes of death of pregnant and parturient are amniotic embolism and complications of internal medicine. To reduce the mortality of pregnant and parturient, therefore, the medical work emphases keep to prevention and cure of amniotic embolism and complication in the future and to increase the technical level of rescue work for acute severe patients.
