结肠息肉12例临床分析

Clinical analysis in 12 cases of colonic polypi

[背景 ]探讨用乙状结肠镜和自制圈套器摘除结肠息肉的方法 .[病例报告 ]12例结肠息肉病人中除 3例多发性息肉和疑为伴有高位结肠息肉的 1例因年龄小 ( 6岁 )而不合作外 ,8例均在乙状结肠镜直视下用自制结肠息肉圈套器摘除结肠息内 ,其中 1例因蒂径较粗 ( 1 5cm) ,在自制圈套器上用高频电源摘除 .[讨论 ]乙状结肠镜和自制圈套器摘除结肠息肉的方法简便易行、安全可靠 .

BACKGROUND? To study the method for excising the colonic polypi with sigmoidoscope and self made loop. ?CASE REPORT? Out of 12 cases of colonic polypi, 8 cases were excised under the sigmoidoscope and self made loop in which 1 case was excised by the high frequency electrical source used for operation with self made loop because of thick of pedicle (1.5?cm) except 3 cases of multiple polyps and 1 cases of high location colonic polyp with noncooperation because of under young ages (6 year old).?DISCUSSION?lt is simple, convenient, safe and credible method for excising the colonic polypi with sigmoidoscope and self made loop.
