医学函授教育课堂教学质量评估探讨

Study on evaluation of medical correspondence education quality

医学成人函授教育是成人高等教育的一个重要组成部分 .它是在新的历史条件下 ,进一步理顺、发展成人高等教育的思路 ,坚持走内涵式发展道路的方针 ,努力办出成人教育特色 ,探索培养能扎根老少边地区和社区医疗卫生事业的实用性和应用性高层次医药卫生专门人才的新路子 ,符合积极发展各种形式的职业教育和成人教育的方针 .为此 ,我们从 1997年 2月份开始对医学函授专业、高护专业、药学函授专业的 160名具有各类专业技术职称的教师的教学质量情况进行了评估 ,取得了良好的效果 .教学质量评估活动对促进教学质量的提高有重要的作用 ,但它的作用不是全方位的 .应该看到 ,成人教育学校要从全方位提高办学水平 ,应利用综合效应 .

The Medical adult correspondence education in Yanbian University College of Medicine is exclusive running a medical correspondence education as experiment and a important constituting parts of high adult education. Under new history condition, more develop adult high education thinking, insist on the policy of connotation pattern development road, make great efforts to manage trait of adult education, search after new road of training practicable, applicative and high level specific person with medical abilities to could take root to remote area and community medical career. It is accord with the policy of “actively develop various form of vocational education and adult education” reported in the Fifteenth National People's Congress. Therefore, we evaluated the education qualities of 160 teachers of having various kind of title of professional post and had got favorable effects. The evaluation of education quality plays an important role in accelerating the improvement of education quality, but it could not replace the whole functions.
