摘要
目的 研究牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠神经病变的保护作用,并探讨其机制。方法对链脲菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,予以牛磺酸(0.5%饮水)治疗12周,观察其对血浆6-keto-PGF1αTXB2、坐骨神经糖化终产物、神经传导速度及神经结构的影响。结果 牛磺酸可降低血浆TXB2及坐骨神经中糖化终产物,提高血浆6-keto-PGF1α含量,部分改善坐骨神经传导速度,减轻神经的病理改变。结论 牛磷酸可通过降低血浆TXB2及坐骨神经糖基化终产物的含量,增加6-Keto-PGF1α的生成,对糖尿病神经病变具有防治作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of taurine on function and structure of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were treated with 0. 5% taurine in drinking water for 12 weeks,then plasma 6-keto-PGF1α, TXB2,advanced glycation end products (AGEs) of the sciatic nerve,and the nerve conduction velocity in sciatic nerve of diabetic rats were measured. The morphometric quantitive analysis of sural nerve was also performed. Results Taurine was able to reduce accumulation of AGEs in sciatic nerve,reduce plasma TXB2,restore synthesis of PGI2 in vessel endothelial cells,improve nerve conduction velocity partly,and ameliorate morphology abnormalities in myelin nerve fibre. Conclusion These findings suggested that taurine may have a value in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
