摘要
目的:探讨低强度532nm激光的抗氧化损伤效应及其安全照射剂量。材料与方法:用532nm激光对四组(A、B、C、D)健康日本大耳白家兔血管内照射,照射总剂量(光针出口处辐照量)依次为4.30×104J/cm2、9.86×104J/cm2、1.56×105J/cm2、2.37×105J/cm2。于照前及照后1d、4d、7d、11d检测血浆中SOD活性和MDA水平。结果:与照前相比,照后A、B两组SOD活性显著降低,C组略有升高,D组先显著降低,后趋于恢复,最后则显著升高;照后C组MDA水平明显降低,其余各实验组均无显著差异。结论:532nm激光在低剂量(不超过1.56×105J/cm2,相应的功率为8mW)时可以提高机体的抗氧化损伤能力,高剂量时则可能诱导产生自由基,造成氧化损伤;该激光在功率不超过8mW的情况下是安全的。
Purpose:To investigate the anti-oxidative effect and safety dose of low intensity532nm laser.Method:we radiated Japanese white rabbits with the method of intravascular laser irradiation on blood.The rabbits were divided into4groups,named A,B,C,D,with total dose4.30×10 4 J /cm 2 ,9.86×10 4 J /cm 2 ,1.56×10 5 J /cm 2 ,2.37×10 5 J /cm 2 irrespectively.The plasma was sampled before and1,4,7,11d after irradiation,which is used for the examination of SOD and MDA.Results:SOD activity of group A and B decreased after irradiation,while that of group C tended to increase,that of group D firstly decreased and finally increased.MDA concentration of group C decreased obviously after irradiation,while that of the other groups showed no obvious change.Conclusion:The532nm laser radiation can produce anti-oxidative effect at low dose(no more than1.56×10 5 J /cm 2 );but when the output power is increased,free radicals may be induced,which is harmful to organism.It's suggested that the laser power should not be more than8.0mW.
