摘要
本文对两台清水泵和两台两相流泵输送清水、不同浓度的煤浆、灰浆、细砂浆体、粗砂浆体和泥浆时的性能进行了试验研究,同时测试了上述两相流的物理、流变特性并分析了它们对泵性能的影响,探讨了泵性能变化的机理,建立了考虑两相流流变特性的泵性能预测模型,为杂质泵的设计及选型提供了重要依据。
In this study, the performances of two kinds of centrifugal pumps, one originally designed for liquid phase flow and the other originally designed for a mixed solid liquid two phase flow, were tested for transporting water, coal slurry, coal ash, fine sand, coarse sand and mud in different concentration, the physical and rheological characteristics of several two phase flow were also measured. The effects of physical, rheological characteristics on the pump performance and the design parameters of the pumps corelated, and the underlying mechanism in the variation of pump performance with two phase flow were explored. As conclusion, a design procedure and point of view for the design and study of pumps transporting two phase flow, were stipulated and an emperical formula for estimating performance of two phase flow with higher accuracy was advanced. The work of this paper has important guiding; significance for the two phase flow pump's design and selection.
