摘要
用常规方法对兰考泡桐苗木顶芽水分变化特征研究表明 ,兰考泡桐苗木顶芽与侧芽和与枝条相比 ,具有较强的保水力 ;顶芽RWC在入冬前后下降幅度较大 ,与旬平均低温呈显著正相关 ;侧芽RWC与枝条RWC较顶芽RWC与枝条RWC为相关 .水分胁迫可能是兰考泡桐苗木顶芽死亡的原因之一 .此外 ,对不同条件下兰考泡桐苗木顶芽和顶端苗干不同条件下的失水速率 。
Characteristics of water change of top buds of Paulownia elongata seedlings are studied. Power of keeping water of P. elongata seedlings' top buds is more than that of lateral buds and of branches. Reducing extent of RWC of P. elongata seedlings' top buds is more than that of branches RWC and that of lateral buds' RWC, which is markedly correlation with average low temperature of a period of ten days (Nov. to Dec. of 2000). Evidently variance among RWC of P. elongata seedlings' top buds, lateral buds and branches occur in the second ten days of 2000. Coefficience between lateral buds' RWC and branch' RWC is greater than that between top buds' RWC and branches' RWC. P. elongata seedlings' top buds may die of water coercing. In addition, this paper constitutes change of transpiration rate of P. elongata seedlings' trunk within Nov. and Dec. 2000, comparison of loss water rates of P. elongata seedlings' top buds under different conditions, and phenophase about top buds of P. elongata on trial spot in Zhengzhou, Henan Province in 2000.
