摘要
许多学者认为 ,在争取小麦高额产量中应保证在一定穗数的基础上使穗粒重有所增加。我们的研究表明 ,穗粒重由单穗潜在库容和籽粒充实指数两个元素构成 ,欲使穗粒重增加 ,应使两元素的值都有所上升。冷型小麦的体温偏低 ,叶片功能期较长 ,净光合速率较高 ,丙二醛的积累速率较慢 ,籽粒充实指数较高 。
Many of the scholars considered that a single ears kernel weight should be increased on the basis of certain ear number to obtain the high yield of wheat. The results showed that both of a single ears latent storage capacity and kernels filling index should be synchronally increased because a single ears kernel weight was made up of the above mentioned 2 factors. Cold typal wheats plant temperature was lower, leaf functional duration was longer, net photosynthetic rate was higher, the accumulating rate of MDA content was slower and kernels filling index was higher than those of control and warm typal wheat, and all of the good characters provided practical possibility to realize aforesaid aim.
