摘要
FM-600型螺旋叶片辗轧机是目前世界上生产螺旋叶片最先进的机型。由于成形过程复杂,无论国内还是国外均采用“经验试轧法”进行调整与控制,这样将浪费大量钢材和设备台时。为此,本文在建立理论模型和积累经验数据的基础上,采用数值模拟方法,对该机实现了计算机辅助调整与控制。
The auger flight rolling machine, model No. FM600 is the most advanced type in the world at present. As the forming process is very complex, try-and-error method is used by means of experience for adjustment and control at home and abroad. So that a large amount of steel and equipment-hour will be wasted. In this paper, on the basis of establishing theoretical model and accumulating experience data, the numerical simulation is proposed. Computer aided adjustment and control are achieved on this machine.
