AN APPROACH TO THE MECHANISMS OF DIBBLE DEEP UREA APPLICATOR FOR PADDY FIELD

本文提出了点深施商品尿素的设计思想,阐述了水田尿素点深施机的结构和工作原理,分析了施肥搅龙“行星”运动的特点和效果,在此基础上研制成的水田尿素点深施机,其性能达到先进水平。

This paper describes the structure and working principle of the dibble deep urea applicator for paddy field, proposes the designed idea of dibble deep placement of urea, and analyses both characteristics and results of feed auger's 'planet' motion. On this basis the dibble deep urea applicator had been designed, the performance of which come up to advanced standards.
