THE CALCULATION OF THE HEAT BALANCE IN DRYING HOUSE

本文系统地论述了干燥室热平衡计算的新方法,从原理上分析了当被干燥的物料的初始温度在0℃以下时用传统方法计算所产生的误差,修正了传统的物料升温损失及水分蒸发用热的计算公式,较准确地反映了干燥室热平衡的实际情况,具有实用价值。

This paper analyses the traditional calculation method about the heat balance in drying house and illustrates the calculation errors of some parameters-using this method when the initial temperature of the substances to be dried are lower than 0癈. The paper presents a new calculation method which revises the traditional formulas of calculating the loss of the rising temperature-and the heat of vaporization of the moisture in substances. The author suggests that the new calculation method could reflect the actual conditions of heat balance in drying house.
