摘要
本文在分析链传动力学特性的基础上,研讨跳齿及自锁条件、跳齿机理和爬高累积比;提出跳齿现象发生的判别式;对变节距滚子链与普通结构链轮相啮合的防跳性能做了分析。
In this paper, the tooth skipping, self-locking condition, mechanism of tooth skipping and accumulative ratio of creeping height are researched on the basis of analyzing mechanical characteristics of chain drive. Discriminant of the occurrence of tooth skipping is presented. Performance of skip preventing of roller chain with varying pitch which meshs with sprocket of common structure is analyzed.
