多发性肌炎/皮肌炎患者皮肤组织浸润的炎细胞亚群分析

ANALYSIS OF SUBPOPULATION OF INFLAMMATORY CELLS INFILTRATING SKINS IN POLYMYOSITIS/DERMATOMYOSITIS

目的探讨多发性肌炎 (polymyositis ,PM )、皮肌炎 (dermatomyositis,DM )和重迭综合征 (overlapsyndrome ,IM+)患者皮肤组织中炎细胞浸润情况及其类型。方法应用抗单个核细胞 (mononuclearcell,MNC)亚群的系列单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学链霉卵白素—过氧化物酶生物素法 (labeledstrept-avidinbiotinmethod ,LSAB法 )染色 ,分析 13例PM/DM患者皮肤活检组织中MNC亚群的定位和分布。结果 10 / 13例皮肤活检组织中可见炎细胞浸润 ,主要位于表皮下或血管周围 ,均以T细胞和巨噬细胞为主 ,B细胞很少见。结论PM

ObjectiveTo discuss the inflammatory cells infiltration and their types in the skins of patients with polymyositis (PM),dermatomyositis (DM) and overlap syndrome (IM +).MethodsUsing a panel monoclonal antibodies against subsets of mononuclear cells (MNC),the distribution of MNC subsets in the skin biopsies of thirteen PM/DM patients were analyzed by immuno histochemistry labeled strept avidin biotin (LSAB) method.ResultsIn the skin biopsies ten of thirteen had inflammatory cells infiltration,mainly distributed in the subepidermal location or around the blood vessels,most of which were T cells and macrophages.B cells were few.ConclusionThe inflammation cells infiltration in the skins of PM/DM may be different from what the reference articles had reported in the muscle biopsies.
