摘要 【目的】研究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)后角膜创面的愈合机制。【方法】对10只兔右眼施行LASIK手术 ,分别于术后 1d、1周、1个月、3个月和 6个月取标本 ,应用病理学和免疫组化的方法研究及观察角膜基质成分的变化。【结果】LASIK后 1周中央区角膜有少量的角膜细胞出现及产生少许Ⅲ型胶原及纤维连接蛋白 ,术后 1~ 3个月时达高峰 ,6个月时明显减少。【结论】LASIK后 ,角膜愈合反应极轻 。 To study the healing mechanism of corneal wound after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). LASIK was performed on the right eye of 10 New Zealand white rabbits. The corneal specimen was prepared at 1 day,1 week,1,3 and 6 months after surgery. The componential changes of corneal stroma were studied with the method of routine histological and immunohistochemical staining. There were a few keratocytes and collagen Ⅲ and fibronectin in the central cornea at 1 week after LASIK, with the peak in 1 to 3 month, and marked reduction at 6 months.[Conclusion] The corneal wound healing response is minimum and this is responsible for the absence of corneal haze after LASIK.
