PCNA表达水平对上皮性卵巢癌化疗效果的影响

The Expression Level of PCNA to the Effect of Chemotherapy on Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma

【目的】探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达水平对上皮性卵巢癌化疗效果的影响。【方法】应用PCNA单克隆抗体检测 81例上皮性卵巢癌的表达水平 ,术后用以铂类为基础的方案进行化疗 ,并分析她们的 2次探查结果及生存率。【结果】PCNA总的阳性表达率为 80 % (6 5 / 81) ,按增殖指数水平分A、B、C 3组 ,2次探查结果A组阳性率为 44 18% ,B组 2 0 6 9% ,C组 11 11% ,(P <0 0 5 )。A组 3年及 5年生存率是 5 9 6 8%和 45 6 0 % ,B组 5 5 70 %和 45 5 7% ,C组 74 6 6 %和 74 6 6 %。Kaplan Meier生存曲线无差异 (Log rank检验 P >0 0 5 )。【结论】PCNA表达对上皮性卵巢癌化疗效果近期有影响 ,随PCNA增殖指数升高 ,第二次手术探查阳性率下降。

To evaluate the expression level of PCNA on the effect of chemotherapy of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Tumor samples were obtained from 81 patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma before chemotherapy, and tested by monoclonal anti PCNA (PC 10). All cases were treated with platinum based chemotherapy after surgery. Second operation results and follow up information were available on all patients. The overall positive rate of PCNA is 80%(65/81). Based on the level of PCNA labelling index, all cases were divided into three groups: A?B?C. According to the second operation results, positive rate group A is 44 18%, group B 20 69%, group C 11 11% (P<0 05). In group A, the 3 year and 5 year survival rates were 59 68%, 45 60%. In the group B 55 70%, 45 57% and in the group C 74 66%, 74 66% respectively. The kaplan Meier survival carves was not significant different by the Log Rank test. [Conclusions] The expression level of PCNA has an recent effect on chemotherapy of the epithelial ovarian carcinoma. The higher the expression level of PCNA, the lower the positive rate of the second operation, but it has little effect on prognosis.
