中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病急性发作期的临床观察

Observation of therapeutic effects of combination of traditonal Chinese medicine with western medicine on pulmonary heart disease acute stage

目的 观察千金苇茎汤配合常规西药治疗肺源性心脏病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法 选择 6 0例患者 ,随机分为治疗组 32例 ,采用千金苇茎汤加减配合常规西药治疗 ;对照组 2 8例 ,单纯用常规西药治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 93.75 % ,对照组总有效率 71.4 3% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病急性期临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Qiajinweijing decoction combined with western medicine on pulmonary heart disease acute stage. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to two groups,32 cases of treatment group were treated by Qiajinweijing decoction (add or minus) combined with routine western medicine; 28 cases of control group were treated by simple routine western medicine.Results The total efficiency rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 71.43% in control group,there was significant difference between twogroups(P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Qiajinweijing decoction combined with western medicine on pulmonary heart disease acute stage were much better than that of simple western medicine.
