参脉注射液及刺五加注射液对慢性支气管炎患者T细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Ginseng-Ophiopogon Injection and Acanthopanax Bark Injection to T cell Subpopulation of Chronical Bronchitis

目的 :观察参脉注射液与刺五加注射液治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者 T细胞亚群的变化。方法 :将老年慢性支气管炎气虚证患者 36例设为治疗组 ,用参脉注射液与刺五加注射液静滴 ,另将健康人 16例作为对照组。结果 :经治疗后患者CD3、CD4 及 CD4 /CD8比值明显增高 ,而 CD8明显降低。与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,症状改善总有效率 91.7%。结论 :参脉注射液与刺五加注射液合用能提高细胞免疫功能 ,调节免疫功能紊乱 。

Object: To observe the changes of T cell subpopulation of chronical bronchitis in senile people treated by ginseng ophiopogon injection and acanthopanax injection. Methods: 36 cases of chronical bronchitis had been treated by ginsen ophiopogon injection and 16 health people had been set as control. Results: The ratio of CD 3?CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 in the test group were increased and CD 8 decreased obviously. There were significant differerces between before and after treatment (P<0.05),The Total effect was 91.7%. Conclusion: These injections can be used to improve cellular immunity.
