摘要
目的 :观察丹参对乳鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响 ,并探索其作用机制。方法 :体外培养的 Wistar乳鼠心肌细胞缺糖缺氧 6 h后 ,采用心肌酶检测其代谢及流式细胞术检测心肌细胞凋亡。结果 :缺糖缺氧组心肌细胞凋亡数量及酶指数显著高于正常对照组 ,大、小剂量丹参液组心肌细胞凋亡及酶指数明显下降 ,与缺糖缺氧组比较有显著性差异。结论
To investi gate the effect and the mechanism of Salvia Mil tiorrhiza Injection(SMI) on cardiomyocy tes apoptosis,neonatal Wistar rat cardiomyocytes were cultured under hypoxicThe apoptotic myocytes an d myocardio-enzyme method wed used to detect the change of myocytes metabolismΤhe results showed that the numbe rs of apoptotic cell and myocardio -enzyme in the hypoxic in the glucose deprivation group were greater th an those in the control group respe ctively;the number of apoptotic ce lls and the level of myocardio-enz yme of the two Salvia Miltorrhiza Bunge groups were less than those in the hypoxic group respectively,bu t similar to those in the control groupThe se results indicate that apoptosis is an important mechanism of myoc yte cell death under the condition of hypoxia and glucose deprivatio n and that SMI can suppressed the apoptosis greatly
