摘要
目的 :探讨人参、三七提取物与牛磺酸配伍防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤 (MIRI)的作用机制。方法 :雄性比利时兔 18只 ,随机分为对照组 (生理盐水组 )与观察组 (益气活血解毒组 )各 9只 ,均于同等条件下口服给药 7d。结扎冠脉造成 MIRI模型 ,术中动态监测心电 ;分别在服药前 (T1 )、冠状动脉结扎 10 m in(T2 )、再灌注 10 min(T3)取血 ,抗凝 ,测定血清内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量。结果 :观察组与对照组比较 ,可显著降低 ET、ET/CGRP水平 ,CGRP水平有升高趋势。结论 :人参提取物、三七提取物、牛磺酸对 MIRI有良好的保护作用 ,其机制之一是通过降低血清中 ET含量和升高血清中
Objective:To probe into the mechan ism of extracts of Panax ginseng and Panax not oginseng plus Taurine i n preventing the occurrence of myo cardial ischemia reperfusion injur y(MIRI)Methods:18 male rabb its were randomly divided into control g roup and treated group(9 in each g roup),given drugs orally under the same condition for 7 days Coronary acteries of the MIRI inodels were ligated Blood samples were taken before given drugs(T1),10 minutes after ligation (T2),10 minutes aft er reperfusion(T3),and ECG were observ ed during the operationThe conte nt of serum endothelin(ET)and calc ionin gene-related peptide(CGRP)we re determinedResults:Compar ed with the control group, the levels of ET and ET/CGRP were reduced, and the content of CGRP were increased signiticantly in the treated groupConclusion:Extracts of Panax ginseng and Panax notogin seng plus Taurine could effec tively protect against MIRI,and on e of its mechanism was reducing serum ET content and increase ser um CGRP level
