胃癌组织中MMP-2及TIMP-2表达与淋巴结转移及预后的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between MMP-2,TIMP-2 expression and lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer

摘要 目的 探讨胃癌组织基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP- 2 )和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂 - 2 (TIMP- 2 )的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法 用免疫组化法 (S- P法 )检测 86例胃癌病理标本 MMP- 2和 TIMP- 2表达情况。结果 在高中分化、 ~ 期的胃癌组织中 MMP- 2的表达明显比低分化、 ~ 期减低 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 TIMP- 2表达则明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。在淋巴结转移 5个以上及 站以远者 MMP- 2表达明显增高 ,而 TIMP- 2表达明显减低 (P<0 .0 1)。Kaplan- Meier分析发现 ,MMP- 2高表达和 TIMP- 2低表达患者的生存时间明显低于 MMP- 2低表达和 TIMP- 2高表达患者 (P<0 .0 1)。结论  MMP- 2高表达及 TIMP- 2低表达可预示胃癌高恶性度、高转移能力及低生存期。
