双吻合器保肛术后吻合口瘘的预防

Prevention of anastomotic leakage after the sphincter preserving surgery with double stapling device.

目的 评估双吻合器在直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值 ,探讨吻合口瘘的预防措施。方法 4年来采用双吻合器行直肠癌前切除术 91例 ,其中返折下癌 82例。结果 吻合口瘘发生率 :全组 3 .3 % ( 3 / 91) ,其中 1根骶前引流管组为 6.1% ( 2 / 3 3 ) ,两根骶前引流管组为 1.7% ( 1/ 5 8)。结论 双吻合器吻合法安全、可靠。

Objective To investigate the preventive measures of anastomotic leakage using double stapling device in the sphincter preservin surgery.Methods From December 1996 to December 2000,91 cases of rectal carcinoma underwent anterior resection with double stapling device,of which,the tumor of 81 cases were located under the peritoneal reflux.Results Drawing a single and double draining tube at presacram.the ratio of leakage incidence is 6.1/1.7(%)respectively.Conclusion Double stapling device is secure.
