高血压病患者健康知识经济条件与其服药依从性的相关研究

Correlation study between health knowledge,economic condition and self administering compliance in hypertension cases

目的 探讨高血压病患者健康知识、经济条件与其服药依从性的关系。方法 对 1490例高血压病患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、高血压病知识得分、经济条件及服药依从性进行了问卷调查 ,并对患者健康知识、经济条件与服药依从性的关系进行了分析。结果 高血压病患者的服药依从性与其健康知识、经济条件有关 ,高血压病知识越多 ,经济条件越好 ,服药依从性越好。结论 在临床高血压病治疗过程中 ,医护人员应加强对患者的健康教育 ,同时要按个体化原则 ,根据患者的经济条件 ,合理选择用药 ,以提高其服药依从性 ,将血压控制在理想水平 ,减少并发症 ,降低死亡率 。

Objective To study the relationship between the patients′ health knowledge,economic condition and their self administering compliance.Method A questionnaire was issued to probe into age,sex,cultural level,health knowledge score,economic condition,and self administering compliance in 1 490 hypertensi on cases,and analyze the relation of health knowledge,economic condition to their self administering compliance.Results There existed a relation between the self administering compliance and their health knowledge,economic condition.The more knowledge and the better economic condition they have got,the better compliance they display.Conclusion In the hypertension clinical treatment doctors & nurses should help the patient get more health knowledge,following the individualization principle and in view of the patient′s economic condition to make a rational medication so as to heighten his compliance in taking medicine.Thus blood pressure may be controlled at rather an ideal level,reducing any complications,cutting down the death rate,improving the living quality.
