天麻饮片中天麻素的含量测定方法的研究

Study on Determination Method of Gastrodine in Processed Product of Rhizoma Gastrodiae

目的 :测定天麻饮片中天麻素的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为HypersilC18柱 ( 3 0 0× 4 .6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 甲醇 磷酸盐缓冲液 水 ( 10∶15∶3 0∶94 5 ) ,流速 1mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 2 0nm。结果 :天麻素在 0 .7～ 3 .8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均加样回收率为 97.66% ,RSD =2 .2 % (n =5 )。 结论 :含量测定方法快速、准确。适用于天麻中天麻素的含量测定。

Objective:To determine gastrodine in the processed product of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.Methods:HPLC with Hypersil C 18 columm was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-methanol-phosphate buffer-water(10∶15∶30∶45). The flow rate was 1mL·min -1 and detection wavelength was set at 220nm.Results:It was showed that a good linear relationship existed in the range of 0.7～3.8μg of gastrodine. Its average recovery was 97.66%. RSD was 2.2% (n=5).Conclusion:This method is quick, accurate and can be used for the determination of gastrodine of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
