摘要
目的:研究新疆和田红葡萄 (葡萄科葡萄属植物和田红葡萄 Vitis vinifera L)果皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析从新疆和田红葡萄果皮中分离化学成分 ,用化学和光谱方法 (U V、IR、1 H- NMR和 1 3C- NMR)对这些化合物进行结构测定。 结果 :分离所得化合物鉴定为 :齐墩果酸 (oleanolic acid) ( )、β-谷甾醇 - D-葡萄糖甙 (β-sitoserol- D- glucoside) ( )以及 α-吡喃 -葡萄糖 (α- D- glucopyranose) ( )。其中齐墩果酸和 β-谷甾醇 - D-葡萄糖甙为葡萄属植物中首次得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of fresh Hetian red grapes fruit skin. Methods: The fresh Hetian red grapes fruit skin were chromatographed on silica gel to give three compounds respectively. On the basis of chemical and spectra methods (UV?IR? 1 H NMR? 13 C NMR), their structures were identified as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ), β sitoserol D glucoside(Ⅱ), α D glucopyranose (Ⅲ). Compound Ⅰand Ⅱ are reported here for the first time from the fruit skin of grapes. Conclusion: The results suggest that its medical and edible value are worthy to be studied further.
