摘要
以赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foelide)为酶粉原料,通过抽提、丙酮沉淀制备粗酶粉,再以sephadex G-100及DEAE-52纯化经超滤浓缩的粗酶液,分离出比活为7000mg/ml的活性成分。
Eisenia foelide is made into rude enozyme powder by extraction and acetone precipitation, then the rude enzyme solution is ultrafiltrated and comdensed which is deeply purified and seperated into the active composition dy sephadex G-100 and DEAE-52.
