摘要
①目的 探讨非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死病人血脂代谢、凝血与纤溶活性有无异常。②方法 对 93例非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死病人的部分凝血、纤溶指标及血脂的异常情况进行统计分析 ,并与 62例非骨坏死病人及健康查体者 (对照组 )进行了比较。③结果 骨坏死病人血脂指标中三酰甘油、载脂蛋白A1,载脂蛋白B与载脂蛋白B/载脂蛋白A1异常率高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ( χ2 =3 .98～ 11.5 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;凝血与纤溶指标中凝血因子Ⅱ时间、部分激活凝血活酶时间、凝血因子Ⅰ ,纤溶酶原、D 二聚体异常率两组之间差异亦有显著性 ( χ2 =5 .18～2 2 .5 3 ,P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。
Objective\ To ascertain if there were any abnormal blood lipid, metabolism, hematologic state of coagulability and fibrinolysis in patients with nontraumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head.\ Methods\ The parameters of hematologic coagubility and fibrinolysis and lipid were analysed statistically and compared with those of patients with non osteonecrosis. \ Results Difference between the case group and the control group on the items of PT,APTT,TG,ApoA 1,ApoB,ApoB/ApoA 1,Fg,PLG,D dimer was significant( χ 2=3.98-22.53, P <0.05,0.01).\ Conclusion\ The results suggest that there are hematologic state of hypercoagulability, hypofibrinolysis and hyperlipidemia in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head.
