摘要
①目的 探讨双吻合器在中低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用。②方法 1997年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月 ,应用此技术对 5 9例中低位直肠癌 (肿瘤下缘距肛缘 <12cm)病人行直肠前切除保肛手术 ,对其资料进行总结分析。③结果 5 9例中行根治性切除 5 5例 ,姑息性切除 4例 ,全组吻合满意。术后出现吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄各 1例 ,切口感染 2例。④结论 双吻合器技术能帮助外科医师顺利完成以往手法缝合难以完成的中低位直肠癌直肠前切除保肛手术 ,是一种安全、可靠、便捷的术式。
Objective To study the application of d ouble stapling technique ( DST ) in surgery with preservation of the anus f or patients with mid low rectal carcinoma. Methods 59 patients with mid low rectal carcinoma , the distanc e between the lower margin of the cancer and the anus was less than 12cm, underw ent anterior resection, from March 1997 to December 2000, by using DST. All were analyzed retrospectively. Results For those 59 cases , a radical surgery was performed in 55 cases , a palliative operation in four . Anastomotic leakage was found in one case, stricture in one case, wound infection in two cases. Conclusion DST, a technique of safety, reliability, and convenienc e, may help the surgeons complete anterior resection of mid low rectal cancer w hich was unable to accomplish before by hand suturing.
