奥美拉唑与阿莫西林联合治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡效果观察

A STUDY ON OMEPRAZOLE COMBIND AMOX ILLIN IN THE TREATMENT OF DUODENAL ULCER WITH HELICOBACTER PYLORI POSITIVE I N CHILDREN

①目的 观察奥美拉唑合用阿莫西林治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)阳性十二指肠溃疡的效果。 ②方法84例Hp阳性十二指肠溃疡病儿随机分为两组 ,分别给予奥美拉唑 (Ome)加阿莫西林 (Amx)和单用Ome治疗 2 8d ,定期复查胃镜和Hp感染情况。 ③结果 联合组溃疡近期愈合率与Ome组差异无显著意义 ( χ2 =0 .0 70 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,但Hp清除率联合组显著高于Ome组 ( χ2 =4 9.90 9,P <0 .0 0 1)。联合组 0 .5 ,1.0年时溃疡累积复发率和Hp感染复发率显著低于Ome组 ( χ2 =6.2 15～ 3 5 .4 84 ,P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。④结论 奥美拉唑合用阿莫西林可提高Hp阳性十二指肠溃疡病儿Hp清除率 。

Objective\ To observe the effects of om eprazole plus amoxillin on duodenal ulcer in children with H. pylori positive. \ Methods\ 84 duodenal ulcer children with H. pylori positive were divided into two groups : omepuazole plus amoxillin group(com bined group) and omeprazole alone group(single group). Both groups were t reated for 28 days. A periodic examination with gastroscopy was done. \ Results\ There was no significant difference in terms of short term ulcer healing rate in the both groups( χ 2=0.070,P >0.05), but the eradication rate of H. pylori in combined group was signi ficantly higher than that for the single group ( χ 2=49.909,P <0. 001).The recurrence rate of ulcer in half and one year for com bined group was significantly lower than that for the single group ( χ 2=6.215-35.484,P <0.05,0.01). \ Conclusion\ Omeprazole combined amoxillin may increase the eradication rate of H.pylori and reduce short term recurrence of the ulcer.
