摘要
①目的 观察生化汤对药物流产后阴道流血的影响。②方法 将 2 2 0例孕 4 9d以内要求药物流产健康妇女随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组在药物流产后加服生化汤 ,观察两组完全流产情况及阴道流血时间。③结果 观察组完全流产率明显高于对照组 ( χ2 =5 .66,P <0 .0 5 ) ,平均流血时间明显短于对照组 (t =6.3 4 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 药物流产后加服生化汤可增加完全流产率 。
Objective\ To observe the efficacy of Sheng H ua Tang , a decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, in reducing vagina bleedi ng after medicinal abortion. \ Methods\ 220 healthy women pregnant with child for less than 49 d ays ,demanding medicinal abortion, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The decoction was given to observation group after abortion. Complete abortion and vagina bleeding time were observed .\ Results\ The complete abortion rate was markedly higher in observa tion group than that of the control group( χ 2=5.66, P <0.05) and vagina ble eding time was shorter ( t=6.34, P <0.01 ).\ Conclusion\ Sheng Hua Tang may promote complete abortion and short en bleeding time after medicinal abortion.
