卵巢癌患者术后化疗联合应用S-TIL细胞后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

EFFECT OF S-TIL ON T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN OVARIAN CARCINOMA PATIENTS RECEIVING CHEMOTHERAPY AFTER SURGERY

目的 :观察卵巢癌患者术后化疗辅加冷冻卵巢癌瘤苗激活的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (S- TIL)治疗前后 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法 :将 76例卵巢癌术后行化疗的患者分为 S- TIL 治疗组及对照组。 2组分别于化疗前及治疗后第 7,14,2 1天采外周静脉血检查 T淋巴细胞亚群 ,并进行比较。结果 :治疗组 CD3 +、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+比值在 14d左右即上升 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :卵巢癌术后化疗联合应用 S- TIL

Objective:To observe the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in ovarian carcinoma patients receiving chemotherapy with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) stimulated by ovarian tumor cryovaccines after surgery Methods:76 cases of ovarian carcinoma treated with chemotherapy after surgery were randomly divided into two groups:one was s TIL treatment group;the other was control group (without s TIL treatment) T lymphocytes subsets of two groups were determined and compared respectively before and 7?14?21days after chemotherapy Results:The values of CD 3 +?CD 4 +?CD 8 +?CD 4 +/CD8 in s TIL group rose about 14 days after treatment,and it was significantly higher than that of the control groups(P<0 05) Conclusion:The application of s TIL to treating patients with ovarian carcinoma receiving chemotherapy after surgery can enhance the patient cellular immunity
